About Coach

I've always been into health and fitness. I grew up running track and playing soccer both in high school and in college, so I was used to the whole cardio and heavy lifting thing. I've dabbled in CrossFit on and off since early 2018 but really started to get consistent and take it seriously once the pandemic hit. For me at first, working out was a chore, so that I could eat all of the ice cream and chicken Alfredo that I wanted. Now, working out is something that I genuinely enjoy doing and look forward to the day in and day out. CrossFit has done amazing things for my physical health, but also my mental health. I crave working out and crave healthier foods. I am learning to fuel my body properly so that I can perform and feel my best. I am finally focused on being strong rather than being "skinny" and I get excited about hitting new PRs and doing things that I never thought were possible. As a woman, I know I am not alone in this journey, but what I’ve learned is that we can do hard things.. and we can have the chicken alfredo and the ice cream.. all in moderation!! (Just not the night before a hero WOD 🤢)

My main goal as a coach is to show members that they are truly capable of anything that they put their mind to (as cliche as that might sound.) CrossFit is one of those sports that people instantly assume that they could NEVER do due to the high volume & intensity involved, but everyone TRULY starts somewhere! Each and every single one of our workouts is scalable to meet you where you are. Whether you don’t know what a snatch is, or if you’re a muscle-up pro! We’re going to figure it out and we are going to get better together.. we just might listen to a lil Taylor swift while :)
